Clean and maintain stations, offices, workshops, restrooms, and other assigned areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and disinfecting surfaces according to the established cleaning schedule. Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental guidelines. Replenish cleaning materials, toiletries, and hygiene supplies as required. Ensure all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or unsafe conditions to the concerned authority promptly. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and materials. Comply with all health, safety, environmental (HSE), and company regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with additional housekeeping and cleaning-related tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Ensure the safety and security of company premises, assets, employees, visitors, and contractors at all times. Monitor and control entry and exit points by verifying the identity of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and report any suspicious activities, security risks, or unauthorized access. Maintain accurate records of visitor registrations, vehicle movements, incident reports, and daily security logs. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, security breaches, or other incidents in accordance with company procedures. Assist in crowd management, access control, and traffic management during operational activities, events, or emergencies. Ensure strict compliance with company security policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Report security concerns, equipment malfunctions, or unusual incidents immediately to the concerned authority. Provide professional, courteous, and respectful assistance to employees, clients, visitors, and other stakeholders. Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Assist technicians in carrying out inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. Support the installation, replacement, and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, or facility-related equipment and components. Prepare and organize the required tools, materials, and spare parts before maintenance activities. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of work areas, tools, and equipment at all times. Follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines during work execution. Assist in recording maintenance activities and preparing service reports, checklists, and other required documentation. Provide support during emergency maintenance, equipment breakdowns, and urgent repair activities to minimize downtime. Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and materials after completing assigned tasks. Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to complete maintenance work efficiently and within scheduled timelines. Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, equipment, materials, and other assigned items. Ensure timely and efficient transportation services according to operational requirements. Perform daily inspections of the assigned vehicle, including checking fuel, engine oil, brakes, tires, coolant, battery, and other essential components. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it remains in good working condition at all times. Keep accurate records of vehicle logbooks, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip reports. Strictly follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies while driving. Immediately report any vehicle faults, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements to the concerned authority. Provide transportation support during operational, urgent, or emergency situations as required. Demonstrate professional, courteous, and responsible behavior while interacting with employees, clients, and other stakeholders. Perform any other driving-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
