Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar driving role.
- Prior experience working on Metro Rail or other large infrastructure projects will be given preference.
- Valid professional driving license with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of traffic rules, road safety practices, and vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities & Context
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, equipment, materials, and other assigned items.
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation services according to operational requirements.
- Perform daily inspections of the assigned vehicle, including checking fuel, engine oil, brakes, tires, coolant, battery, and other essential components.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it remains in good working condition at all times.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle logbooks, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip reports.
- Strictly follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Immediately report any vehicle faults, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements to the concerned authority.
- Provide transportation support during operational, urgent, or emergency situations as required.
- Demonstrate professional, courteous, and responsible behavior while interacting with employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Perform any other driving-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
