- Must have completed a minimum 15-day Security Guard Training from a recognized training institute.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure the safety and security of company premises, assets, employees, visitors, and contractors at all times.
- Monitor and control entry and exit points by verifying the identity of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and report any suspicious activities, security risks, or unauthorized access.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor registrations, vehicle movements, incident reports, and daily security logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, security breaches, or other incidents in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in crowd management, access control, and traffic management during operational activities, events, or emergencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with company security policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Report security concerns, equipment malfunctions, or unusual incidents immediately to the concerned authority.
- Provide professional, courteous, and respectful assistance to employees, clients, visitors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
