We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Quality Assurance & Compliance to lead and strengthen quality management systems across all construction, interior fit-out, and project execution activities. This leadership role is responsible for driving quality excellence, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved specifications, industry standards, safety requirements, and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee quality control frameworks, compliance programs, technical evaluations, contractor performance, audit processes, and project quality governance to ensure superior workmanship, material standards, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Quality Management & Regulatory Compliance Design, implement, and continuously enhance comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality policies, procedures, inspection protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Establish measurable quality standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), audit mechanisms, and compliance frameworks for construction and interior fit-out projects. Ensure full compliance with applicable building regulations, construction codes, engineering standards, and industry guidelines, including BNBC, ACI, ASTM, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Conduct routine quality assessments, compliance reviews, site inspections, and internal audits to verify adherence to project specifications and company standards. Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs, root-cause investigations, and quality improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring issues and strengthen operational performance. Project Quality Control & Site Management Evaluate project sites, design requirements, construction feasibility, technical challenges, and quality expectations before project execution. Review architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design drawings to ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with established quality benchmarks. Monitor construction, installation, and fit-out activities to ensure workmanship, materials, and execution processes meet approved standards and contractual requirements. Track project quality performance, implementation milestones, and compliance objectives while supporting timely project completion within budget constraints. Prepare detailed quality reports, audit summaries, project evaluations, and executive-level management presentations. Materials Inspection & Technical Evaluation Provide technical leadership regarding interior finishing materials, construction products, joinery works, flooring systems, ceiling solutions, wall finishes, fittings, fixtures, and decorative elements. Review, evaluate, and approve material submittals, technical data sheets, mock-ups, and product samples before project implementation. Coordinate laboratory testing, quality certification, and third-party verification processes through accredited institutions and testing facilities. Monitor material quality throughout procurement, transportation, storage, installation, and project handover stages. Tender Review, BOQ Analysis & Cost Optimization Review tender documentation, technical specifications, project scope, and contractual quality requirements. Conduct BOQ verification, quantity assessments, technical evaluations, and quality-focused cost analysis to support informed decision-making. Assist procurement and project management teams in contractor evaluation, vendor assessment, technical bid analysis, and supplier selection processes. Identify value engineering opportunities, quality-related risks, and cost optimization strategies without compromising project standards. Contractor & Supplier Quality Performance Assess contractor, subcontractor, and supplier performance using quality metrics, compliance indicators, productivity benchmarks, and project delivery outcomes. Monitor adherence to contractual obligations, quality requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Develop performance evaluation systems, contractor scorecards, and supplier assessment reports to support future procurement decisions. Recommend high-performing vendors and strategic partners based on quality performance and project success records. Stakeholder Coordination & Technical Leadership Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, engineers, project managers, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate technical coordination meetings, quality review sessions, project audits, and issue-resolution workshops. Provide expert guidance, training, and technical support to project teams regarding quality assurance standards, inspection methodologies, and compliance requirements. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to improve project efficiency, communication, and operational excellence. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement Identify potential quality, compliance, operational, and project execution risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen site conditions, technical challenges, and project disruptions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by introducing modern quality control techniques, digital inspection tools, and industry best practices. Promote a culture of accountability, quality excellence, innovation, and process improvement throughout the organization.
