Architect / Sr. Architect

✔ Age: 30 to 35 years.

✔ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects.

✔ Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an IAB-accredited university.

✔ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).

✔ Working knowledge of Revit will be considered an added advantage.

✔ Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, building materials, and interior space planning.

✔ Experience in preparing presentation drawings, working drawings, construction documentation, and 3D visualizations.

✔ Good knowledge of local building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.

✔ Familiarity with BOQ preparation, project scheduling, material estimation, and vendor coordination will be considered a plus.

✔ Excellent design visualization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

✔ Strong communication, presentation, and client coordination abilities.

✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team.

✔ Capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality design standards.

Job Context

We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from an IAB-accredited university and demonstrate strong expertise in design development, construction documentation, project coordination, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept design through project execution.

✔ Prepare high-quality architectural presentation drawings, detailed working drawings, 3D models, and visualization materials.

✔ Develop accurate construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

✔ Supervise the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.

✔ Coordinate closely with senior architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders to maintain design integrity.

✔ Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve site-related design issues.

✔ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of project activities.

✔ Participate in client meetings, design presentations, project reviews, and technical discussions.

✔ Research construction materials, finishes, products, and emerging architectural trends to enhance project quality and innovation.

✔ Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

✔ Review shop drawings, material submissions, and contractor proposals for design compliance.

✔ Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation as required.

✔ Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.

✔ Perform any other architectural or project-related responsibilities assigned by the Management.
