Key Responsibilities Manage customer communication, ensuring prompt responses to queries and service requests. Provide air freight rates and coordinate booking requirements with customers, shippers, and buying houses. Collect, review, and verify shipment details and required documents. Coordinate with vendors regarding customs clearance, shipment collection, and documentation updates. Provide necessary booking and clearance instructions to the Air Operations team. Monitor shipment progress and follow up to ensure timely execution and delivery. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, airlines, vendors, and customers for smooth operations. Maintain professional customer service and resolve operational issues efficiently. Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, on time, and with proper documentation. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Management.

Share booking and clearance instructions with the Air Operations team. Track shipment status and follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery. Coordinate effectively with internal departments, airlines, vendors, and customers for smooth operations. Deliver professional customer service and resolve operational issues efficiently. Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and proper documentation of all assigned tasks. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

  Oversee ocean freight pricing and procurement for import and export shipments. Negotiate competitive freight rates, surcharges, free time, space, and commercial terms with shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and overseas agents. Build and maintain strong relationships with major shipping lines, NVOCCs, and co-loaders. Develop and maintain competitive rate sheets, contracts, and quotations. Track ocean freight market trends, carrier pricing, capacity, and trade lanes. Provide timely pricing support for sales proposals, RFQs, tenders, and key accounts. Explore new business opportunities to support revenue and profitability growth. Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction. Manage commercial negotiations, carrier issues, and escalations effectively. Analyze pricing performance, procurement results, and market opportunities to support business decisions. Provide guidance and support to the pricing and procurement team as needed.
