Manage customer communication across various channels to deliver professional and timely support. Maintain constant contact with assigned overseas agents and shippers to ensure smooth shipment handling. Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to each specific customer. Manage booking follow-ups, coordinate with shippers or buying houses, and issue necessary dummy or freight certificates. Respond promptly to all customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels. Submit Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Daily Status Reports (DSR) on time. Follow up with vendors regarding customs status and essential shipping documentation. Provide clear email clearance to the Ocean Operation team, detailing booking numbers, agent info, preferred carriers, selling rates, and ETAs. Meet tight operational deadlines while maintaining a positive, professional workplace attitude. Execute all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
