Senior Executive (Customer Service)- Air Freight

 

• Proficiency in working with the company’s designated ERP system.

• Strong knowledge of air freight operations, booking procedures, documentation, and shipment coordination.

• Experience dealing with airlines, customers, vendors, buying houses, and overseas agents will be an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills.

• Candidates with prior experience in a freight forwarding company will receive preference during CV screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication, ensuring prompt responses to queries and service requests.

• Provide air freight rates and coordinate booking requirements with customers, shippers, and buying houses.

• Collect, review, and verify shipment details and required documents.

• Coordinate with vendors regarding customs clearance, shipment collection, and documentation updates.

• Provide necessary booking and clearance instructions to the Air Operations team.

• Monitor shipment progress and follow up to ensure timely execution and delivery.

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, airlines, vendors, and customers for smooth operations.

• Maintain professional customer service and resolve operational issues efficiently.

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, on time, and with proper documentation.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
