Asaduzzaman (Managing Director of JABA IT). In November 2008, it received its trade license (No. 0718226) from Dhaka City Corporation, and by June 2011, it was officially registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies in Bangladesh (Reg No: C-93625/11).
