The role involves extensive market visits, lead generation, identifying potential property buyers, and converting prospects into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field and market visits to connect with potential property buyers and build client relationships. Identify target customers, generate quality real estate leads, and maintain an updated client database. Perform cold calling, networking, and on-ground property promotion activities. Work toward achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare field visit reports, lead pipeline updates, and sales activity reports for management. Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team on promotional campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.

Job Context We are seeking a disciplined, confident, and well-spoken female professional for the position of CRM Executive at Unicorn Properties Ltd. The role is primarily office-based and involves managing customer communication, handling inquiries from advertising channels, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Manage official customer communications through WhatsApp Web and other corporate messaging channels. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while ensuring consistent and timely client follow-ups. Address initial customer queries and coordinate with prospective clients to schedule real estate project site visits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and CRM information. Prepare and submit regular daily and weekly activity reports to the supervisor.
