Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Unicorn Properties Ltd. is searching for proactive, high-performing, and motivated male professionals to step into the role of Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing. The core objective of this function involves executing widespread field visits to locate potential clients, aggregate real estate inquiries, and successfully drive business closures.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute routine market and field visits to establish direct interpersonal rapport with prospective clients.

Proactively identify target audiences, gather high-quality consumer leads, and compile a reliable client repository.

Execute outbound cold calling, professional relationship building, and on-site property marketing campaigns.

Drive operational performance diligently to fulfill and surpass monthly and quarterly sales milestones.

Draft and submit routine field activity summaries, sales pipeline structures, and performance updates to leadership.

Coordinate closely with the broader sales and marketing units on promotional campaigns and brand events.
