Job Summary We are seeking energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our Field Sales & Business Development Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting regular field visits, identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, understanding customer needs, following up with prospects, and achieving assigned broadband internet sales and revenue targets. Job Responsibilities ✔ Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets through regular field visits, direct customer engagement, and new customer acquisition. ✔ Generate qualified sales leads through door-to-door visits, customer referrals, local networking, market surveys, and field marketing activities. ✔ Identify potential customers, residential buildings, business locations, and new market opportunities to expand broadband internet customer coverage. ✔ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband internet packages, connectivity plans, and services based on their needs. ✔ Conduct regular follow-ups with visited customers and generated leads, maintain accurate customer information, and update lead status in the ERP system until successful sales closure. ✔ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with building managers, market owners, local businesses, and potential business partners to create new sales opportunities. ✔ Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, customer demand, and local sales trends to identify opportunities for business growth. ✔ Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, field visit reports, lead follow-up reports, and potential customer databases. ✔ Coordinate with relevant technical and operational teams to ensure smooth and timely broadband service installation and customer onboarding. ✔ Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers to improve customer engagement, sales conversion, and overall service experience. ✔ Perform other relevant field sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, and business development activities assigned by management.
