Oversee day-to-day banking activities, including payment processing and reconciliation of bank statements. Liaise with banks, leasing firms, and financial institutions regarding loans, investments, insurance policies, and business expansion initiatives. Prepare fixed deposit reports, interest calculations, balance confirmations, and other relevant banking reports for management review. Handle cash flow forecasting, planning, and financial modeling to support effective fund management. Establish efficient cash management processes and provide recommendations on long-term financing and borrowing strategies. Coordinate ERP implementation, system upgrades, and enhancements while identifying opportunities to automate financial processes and strengthen system-based controls.

Responsibilities & Context Oversee daily banking activities, including bank payments, transactions, and bank statement reconciliation. Liaise with banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions regarding loans, investments, insurance policies, and business expansion initiatives. Prepare FD reports, interest calculations, balance confirmations, and other banking-related reports for management. Manage cash flow forecasting, planning, and financial modeling to support business decisions. Develop effective cash management strategies and provide recommendations on long-term financing and borrowing options. Coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, and process improvements while identifying opportunities for financial automation and stronger system-based controls.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for tractors. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with farmers, dealers, and agricultural projects. Arrange field demonstrations and explain the technical features, benefits, and proper usage of tractors to customers. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local dealers and establish an effective customer support network. Regularly monitor competitor activities and market trends and prepare and submit tracking reports to management.
