We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Quality Executive to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction by monitoring field performance, analyzing market issues, and driving continuous quality improvements through effective cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities ✔ Monitor service quality across dealer and service networks through regular market visits and audits. ✔ Conduct dealer and service center audits to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards. ✔ Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. ✔ Prepare failure analysis reports and track recurring quality issues to improve product reliability. ✔ Coordinate technical training programs and on-the-job skill development for service technicians. ✔ Support the standardization and continuous improvement of service processes across the service network. ✔ Prepare monthly quality reports, KPI dashboards, and service performance analyses for management. ✔ Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments to resolve technical issues and improve service quality. ✔ Support new product launches by monitoring field performance, collecting customer feedback, and identifying improvement opportunities. ✔ Maintain accurate service records, audit reports, and quality documentation. ✔ Perform any other quality assurance or service-related responsibilities assigned by management.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities ✔ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing business. ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular meetings, presentations, negotiations, and account management. ✔ Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, networking, and client referrals. ✔ Prepare business proposals, quotations, sales presentations, and commercial offers. ✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, service activation, bandwidth modifications, and prompt resolution of client requests. ✔ Prepare, review, and coordinate the execution of client agreements, contracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). ✔ Maintain accurate records of client accounts, sales activities, service requests, and CRM updates. ✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports for management. ✔ Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client satisfaction. ✔ Perform any other sales and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
