Job Overview:Raisha International Travels is looking for a passionate, energetic, and well-spoken Female Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with travel-related inquiries, ticket bookings, tour packages, and visa processing guidance.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.Provide accurate information regarding  holiday packages, and visa requirements.Assist clients with travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy.Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and build rapport with potential customers.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.Requirements & Qualifications:Gender: Female only.Education: Minimum SSC Passed.
