In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with travel-related inquiries, ticket bookings, tour packages, and visa processing guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding holiday packages, and visa requirements.
- Assist clients with travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and build rapport with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Gender: Female only.
- Education: Minimum SSC Passed. Candidates with relevant travel agency experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Experience in the travel/aviation sector, customer service, or call center is highly preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla.
- Problem-solving attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
