✔ Continuously monitor CCTV cameras to maintain the safety and security of company premises. ✔ Observe and identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, and potential security breaches. ✔ Monitor factory premises, office spaces, warehouses, entry and exit gates, and other critical areas. ✔ Promptly report unusual incidents, suspicious movements, and security concerns to the concerned authorities. ✔ Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs, incident reports, and daily observation records. ✔ Check and ensure the proper functioning of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and monitoring equipment. ✔ Coordinate with security personnel and relevant departments to address security-related issues when necessary. ✔ Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and all security-related information. ✔ Assist management in reviewing and retrieving recorded footage whenever required.

✔ Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and management of IP-based CCTV cameras across multiple company locations. ✔ Operate and maintain centralized Video Management Systems (VMS), including VMS servers, video decoders, and related surveillance infrastructure. ✔ Ensure the proper functioning of all IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and surveillance systems to maintain uninterrupted live video feeds. ✔ Monitor recording status, storage capacity, retention periods, and overall system performance across all endpoint NVRs. ✔ Diagnose and resolve CCTV-related technical issues, including camera connectivity, video streaming, recording, storage, and hardware malfunctions. ✔ Maintain accurate technical documentation, including camera inventories, IP addressing records, network diagrams, maintenance logs, and incident-related reports. ✔ Review, retrieve, and provide recorded footage, along with technical support to the Security & Administration team and management whenever required. ✔ Provide technical guidance and support to CCTV Monitoring Operators and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth surveillance operations.
