IT Executive - Engineer (CCTV & Surveillance Systems)

✔ Age: 28 to 48 years.

✔ Strong technical expertise in IP-based CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, Video Management Systems (VMS), video decoders, and modern surveillance technologies.

✔ Hands-on experience with Dahua, Hikvision, or equivalent CCTV systems and centralized monitoring platforms.

✔ Sound knowledge of CCTV storage management, recording retention policies, HDD configuration, and network bandwidth optimization.

✔ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Good communication, coordination, and technical reporting abilities.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and provide technical support beyond regular office hours when required.

✔ Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and management of IP-based CCTV cameras across multiple company locations.

✔ Operate and maintain centralized Video Management Systems (VMS), including VMS servers, video decoders, and related surveillance infrastructure.

✔ Ensure the proper functioning of all IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and surveillance systems to maintain uninterrupted live video feeds.

✔ Monitor recording status, storage capacity, retention periods, and overall system performance across all endpoint NVRs.

✔ Diagnose and resolve CCTV-related technical issues, including camera connectivity, video streaming, recording, storage, and hardware malfunctions.

✔ Maintain accurate technical documentation, including camera inventories, IP addressing records, network diagrams, maintenance logs, and incident-related reports.

✔ Review, retrieve, and provide recorded footage, along with technical support to the Security & Administration team and management whenever required.

✔ Provide technical guidance and support to CCTV Monitoring Operators and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth surveillance operations.
