The selected candidate will be responsible for: ✔ Promote and sell OSES IT’s existing software solutions to businesses and organizations. ✔ Generate new business orders for custom software, websites, and other IT solutions. ✔ Identify and approach potential customers who can benefit from OSES IT’s products and services. ✔ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software and IT solutions based on their business needs. ✔ Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions. ✔ Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions. ✔ Negotiate with clients and manage the sales process from initial contact through order confirmation. ✔ Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients, potential customers, and technical team members. ✔ Identify opportunities for repeat business, software upgrades, customization, and additional IT services. ✔ Generate qualified leads through phone calls, client meetings, networking, social media, email, referrals, and other appropriate channels. ✔ Research potential clients and maintain an organized and up-to-date prospect database. ✔ Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business and sales opportunities.

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Web Developer who enjoys learning, solving problems, writing clean code, and understanding how businesses operate. The role involves both technical development and communication with clients or users to ensure web applications effectively meet their business requirements. Key Responsibilities ✔ Develop, maintain, and improve web-based applications according to project requirements. ✔ Understand business requirements and translate them into practical and user-friendly web solutions. ✔ Learn and understand clients' or users' business processes, workflows, and operational requirements. ✔ Work on both frontend and backend development based on project needs. ✔ Develop new features and enhance existing web application functionality. ✔ Work with databases and perform basic database management and database-related tasks. ✔ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve web application bugs and technical issues. ✔ Perform basic testing and debugging to ensure features work properly before release. ✔ Communicate with non-technical users to understand their requirements, issues, and feedback. ✔ Explain system features and technical concepts to users in clear and simple language. ✔ Assist with user training, system orientation, and web application implementation when required. ✔ Collaborate with team members throughout the web application development lifecycle. ✔ Maintain basic technical documentation and process documentation. ✔ Follow good coding practices, basic web security principles, and established development standards. ✔ Continuously learn and explore new technologies, tools, frameworks, and web development practices to improve technical skills.
