Install, configure, and maintain Grandstream IP-PBX systems and associated telephony equipment. Set up, configure, and provide technical support for video conferencing systems. Diagnose and resolve faults related to IP telephony, networking, and system infrastructure in a timely manner. Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points (APs). Lead the end-to-end deployment of IP-PBX and networking projects, from initial planning through implementation and go-live. Conduct regular system maintenance and preventive checks to ensure reliable performance of all installed solutions. Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective support. Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth project implementation and timely issue resolution. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project reports, configuration records, and maintenance logs. Monitor customer complaints and support tickets and ensure their timely and effective resolution.

Job Context We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Product & Pre-Sales Engineer to support our Product Management and Pre-Sales functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product planning, inventory forecasting, OEM coordination, technical solution design, customer support, and assisting the Sales Team in delivering networking and enterprise IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Management ✔ Assist in achieving yearly and monthly product targets as set by Management. ✔ Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, green-field markets, and product placement strategies across the country. ✔ Assist in developing product positioning strategies, product launch plans, and marketing presentations for new products and solutions. ✔ Plan and coordinate promotional activities for new products and models. ✔ Analyze market demand and prepare New Order Planning (NOP), product forecasting, warehouse availability, and nationwide distribution plans. ✔ Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and sales performance, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for Management. ✔ Maintain effective communication with OEM partners to ensure product sourcing, competitive pricing, technical support, and commercial negotiations. ✔ Prepare monthly market visit schedules and Projected Journey Plans (PJP) for the product and sales teams. ✔ Manage and utilize OEM partner portals and configuration tools, including Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, and other networking vendors. Pre-Sales & Technical Support ✔ Prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM), solution proposals, and technical documentation for customer projects and business opportunities. ✔ Coordinate with OEM partners to obtain technical solutions, product recommendations, certifications, and engineering support. ✔ Configure, demonstrate, and troubleshoot networking products including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, and other enterprise networking devices. ✔ Conduct customer site surveys and prepare network layouts, topology diagrams, and infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio. ✔ Develop technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, and customer training programs. ✔ Support Channel Partners and Corporate Sales Teams during customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions. ✔ Assist Sales Teams in identifying new customers, market opportunities, and business development initiatives. ✔ Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations based on customer requirements and project specifications. ✔ Prepare regular technical, product, sales support, and market reports as required by Management. ✔ Perform any other product management, pre-sales, technical support, or business development responsibilities assigned by Management.
