Engineer - Unified Communication

Install, configure, and maintain Grandstream IP-PBX systems and associated telephony equipment.

Set up, configure, and provide technical support for video conferencing systems.

Diagnose and resolve faults related to IP telephony, networking, and system infrastructure in a timely manner.

Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points (APs).

Lead the end-to-end deployment of IP-PBX and networking projects, from initial planning through implementation and go-live.

Conduct regular system maintenance and preventive checks to ensure reliable performance of all installed solutions.

Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective support.

Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth project implementation and timely issue resolution.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project reports, configuration records, and maintenance logs.

Monitor customer complaints and support tickets and ensure their timely and effective resolution.
