The company is looking for suitable and experienced professionals to strengthen its Enterprise Hardware & System Support Services team. Key Responsibilities ✔ Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware, servers, storage systems, and related IT solutions. ✔ Support senior engineers in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise IT solutions at customer locations. ✔ Provide basic technical support for Windows Server, Linux/RHEL, HP-UX, and other Unix-based operating systems under the guidance of senior engineers. ✔ Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, storage, network, and connectivity-related issues. ✔ Provide on-site and remote technical support while following established technical procedures and service standards. ✔ Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to understand technical issues and provide effective support. ✔ Coordinate with senior engineers, internal technical teams, and overseas technology partners whenever required. ✔ Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, service activities, troubleshooting steps, and solutions. ✔ Respond to customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. ✔ Continuously develop knowledge of enterprise hardware, operating systems, infrastructure, and emerging IT technologies. ✔ Travel to different customer locations across Bangladesh as required for installation, maintenance, and technical support. ✔ Perform other technical and support-related duties assigned by management.

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology while exploring the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business processes and software applications. The role involves business analysis, functional documentation, AI-assisted development, workflow automation, testing, and continuous exploration of emerging AI technologies, particularly within the banking and financial services sector.  Key Responsibilities ✔ Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and business users to understand, gather, and analyze business requirements ✔ Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), use cases, process flows, user stories, and other functional documentation ✔ Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation ✔ Work closely with software developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into clear and effective functional solutions ✔ Explore and utilize AI tools and platforms to improve business processes, productivity, operational efficiency, and application development ✔ Develop and support AI-assisted tools, prototypes, workflow automation, and internal applications using modern AI technologies ✔ Use AI coding assistants and development tools to build, modify, debug, test, and improve software applications under appropriate technical guidance ✔ Explore and gain practical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and API-based AI solutions ✔ Identify repetitive or manual business activities that can be automated using AI and recommend practical solutions to improve operational efficiency ✔ Support the integration of AI-powered features and solutions into existing or new software applications ✔ Perform functional testing and validate developed applications and solutions against approved business and functional requirements ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, clarify requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery ✔ Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends ✔ Evaluate the practical application of AI technologies within banking and financial services and recommend suitable use cases and solutions ✔ Perform any other business analysis, AI research, application development, testing, or related responsibilities assigned by management
