Shift: 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM Working Days: 5 days per week Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and maintain a friendly, comfortable showroom environment. Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations. Assist customers with product selection, sizing, colors, styling, and other product-related queries. Remain attentive on the showroom floor and ensure customers receive prompt and personalized assistance. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall shopping experience. Handle customer concerns professionally with a positive and service-oriented attitude. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from entry to purchase. Maintain good knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and product offerings to provide relevant recommendations.
