Customer Experience Executive

Shift: 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and maintain a friendly, comfortable showroom environment.

• Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.

• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, colors, styling, and other product-related queries.

• Remain attentive on the showroom floor and ensure customers receive prompt and personalized assistance.

• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall shopping experience.

• Handle customer concerns professionally with a positive and service-oriented attitude.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from entry to purchase.

• Maintain good knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and product offerings to provide relevant recommendations.
