Job Context The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely VAT, TDS, and income tax compliance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Key duties include preparing VAT returns, managing tax deductions and deposits, maintaining accurate tax records, and supporting corporate tax reporting to ensure statutory compliance and financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit VAT Returns (Form 9.1) accurately and within statutory deadlines. Reconcile input and output VAT and manage related payments, adjustments, and refunds. Calculate and apply appropriate TDS rates on vendor and service payments. Prepare salary tax calculations and ensure accurate tax deductions. Ensure timely deposit of TDS and other withholding taxes. Prepare and submit quarterly tax returns and relevant statements. Assist in preparing annual corporate income tax returns.

Job Purpose The Officer, Product Development Analyst will support product development activities by analyzing product performance, sales, margins, stock efficiency, and product movement across stores and distribution centers. The role will focus on preparing product-level insights and reports, identifying productivity gaps, supporting product evaluation, and developing analytical systems to improve product distribution and inventory efficiency. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the performance of active products nationwide by analyzing sales, margins, and overall product productivity. Prepare and review sales and margin reports by division, department, sub-department, and product category to support business evaluation. Assess the productivity of individual products and identify improvement opportunities based on sales, margin, and stock performance. Monitor product traffic and movement across stores and Distribution Centers (DCs) and identify factors affecting efficient product flow. Establish and maintain standard sales quantity benchmarks for various product categories. Develop product- and category-level reports for the PAD Manager and MD team to support product evaluation and informed business decisions. Analyze and manage minor-level stock, effective stock, and MPKM for individual products and stores to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Monitor store-level stock efficiency and identify opportunities to improve product availability and maximize sales potential. Ensure consistency of product tags and variants across nationwide stores and support standardization for simulation and store operations. Develop and maintain analytical systems and tools to facilitate efficient product distribution and manage product movement across stores and DCs. Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and resolve issues related to product movement, inventory, and distribution. Prepare regular reports, analytical summaries, presentations, and other required materials for the PAD Manager and management.

The Officer/Sr. Officer – IT will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations and ensuring the smooth performance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across stores, warehouses, and corporate offices. The role will support essential retail technologies, including POS systems and network connectivity, to maintain uninterrupted business operations. The position will also provide technical assistance, support system implementation and maintenance, and help deliver IT services in line with business requirements and information security standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, for new stores, warehouses, and offices. Support the testing and trial implementation of new applications to ensure successful deployment. Conduct regular maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of IT hardware and software. Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees across stores, warehouses, and offices. Assist with planning and conducting monthly IT visits to stores for system inspection and technical support. Provide basic training and guidance to employees on common IT issues, systems, and procedures. Coordinate with relevant internal teams to identify and resolve day-to-day IT-related problems. Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data in accordance with established ISMS policies.
