Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Drive primary and secondary sales in accordance with business goals. Track daily sales performance and take necessary corrective measures to achieve targets. Analyze sales trends, performance gaps, and market opportunities and develop appropriate action plans. Expand numeric and weighted distribution across the assigned territory. Explore new markets, potential outlets, and untapped areas for business growth. Build and maintain an efficient distribution network throughout the territory. Evaluate distributor and territory-level performance and identify areas requiring improvement. Monitor distributor stock, order processing, inventory levels, and product availability in the market. Supervise and track sales representatives’ market visits, productive calls, outlet coverage, strike rates, and sales performance. Prepare and submit regular sales, market, and performance reports as required.

  Manage day-to-day import commercial operations and related documentation. Review and verify draft commercial and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance. Collect shipping documents from banks and maintain proper records. Forward necessary shipping documents to the C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) agent for customs processing. Handle physical movement and documentation related to Bond License activities. Process LC-related information and perform accurate data entry in the Oracle system. Coordinate with relevant internal teams, banks, and C&F agents to ensure smooth import operations.
