Additional Requirements
- Candidates with experience in Dairy, Ice Cream, Snacks, Biscuits, Bakery, Confectionery, Food, or similar FMCG sectors will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Drive primary and secondary sales in accordance with business goals.
- Track daily sales performance and take necessary corrective measures to achieve targets.
- Analyze sales trends, performance gaps, and market opportunities and develop appropriate action plans.
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution across the assigned territory.
- Explore new markets, potential outlets, and untapped areas for business growth.
- Build and maintain an efficient distribution network throughout the territory.
- Evaluate distributor and territory-level performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Monitor distributor stock, order processing, inventory levels, and product availability in the market.
- Supervise and track sales representatives’ market visits, productive calls, outlet coverage, strike rates, and sales performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, market, and performance reports as required.
