Technical Manager (CAD & Sample) for Woven Garments

Review and understand buyer tech packs and comments, particularly for UK/EU retailers, and communicate requirements clearly to relevant teams.

Ensure FIT samples meet buyer requirements and tech-pack specifications throughout development, FIT, and PP sample stages, aiming for first-time approval.

Verify samples against buyer specifications, including wash standards, measurements, construction, and shade, before submission.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CAD, pattern, and sample development teams.

Prepare and execute sample development plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Identify discrepancies in garment workmanship, construction, fabric quality, shading, and weaving defects, and provide corrective guidance to the factory.

Resolve sample-related issues through proper analysis and coordination, ensuring timely technical approval and buyer acceptance.

Support smooth transition from sample approval to bulk production.

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
