Sub-Branch In-Charge

 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in branch banking, customer service, or credit operations; experience in sub-branch or small branch management will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, AML/KYC requirements, and Bangladesh Bank regulations.

• Proven ability in target achievement, credit risk assessment, operational management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sub-branch operations and business development to achieve targets for deposits, loans, and financial products.

• Oversee daily banking activities, including cash operations, account opening, remittances, and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and internal policies.

• Monitor credit risk, operational risk, and portfolio quality at the sub-branch level.

• Develop strong relationships with individual customers, SMEs, and local businesses.

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sub-branch team to maintain service quality and achieve targets.

• Prepare operational reports and coordinate effectively with the Parent Branch and relevant departments.
