Gather, integrate, validate, and analyze business data from relevant Bank divisions while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data governance standards. Design, maintain, and automate dashboards, MIS reports, and interactive visualizations using relevant BI and analytics tools. Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and convert them into effective analytical solutions and reporting frameworks. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and regulatory reports as required. Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct trend, variance, root-cause, forecasting, predictive, and scenario analysis to support informed decision-making. Identify opportunities to enhance business performance, operational efficiency, strategic planning, budgeting, and management initiatives through data-driven insights. Maintain proper documentation of data sources, business rules, reporting methodologies, and dashboard structures to support governance, audits, and knowledge sharing. Continuously improve reporting and analytics processes by adopting emerging BI technologies, analytical techniques, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university. 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, MIS, or a similar analytical position. Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector, along with knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements, will be an added advantage. Professional certifications in Business Intelligence, Business/Data Analytics, Information Systems, Data Visualization, or related areas—such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Google Data Analytics—will be preferred. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced MS Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas, charts, and basic VBA/macros. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business, banking, and financial data and convert findings into actionable insights. Good understanding of data governance, data quality management, information security, and confidentiality when handling business and customer information. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, professional integrity, and the capacity to handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Prepare and finalize accurate quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Oversee the Bank’s bond portfolio, including fundraising activities, interest calculations, and timely processing of interest and principal payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage lease accounting and ensure proper reporting in accordance with IFRS 16. Prepare designated sections of the Bank’s Annual Report and continuously improve the report in line with industry standards and best practices. Coordinate credit rating activities, including communication and documentation with credit rating agencies for the Bank and its bond instruments. Conduct financial and industry analysis using quarterly and annual financial data, evaluate key financial ratios and market trends, and provide insights to support management decisions. Prepare and maintain financial statements and relevant reports for the Bank’s various funds, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Coordinate external audits, regulatory audits, and inspections, respond to audit queries, and ensure timely submission of required documents and information. Address ad-hoc queries and information requests from regulatory authorities, management, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders. Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement in financial reporting and accounting procedures. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
