Senior Manager - HR, Admin & Compliance

In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and RMG compliance standards, including BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, and Accord/Alliance.

Proven experience managing buyer audits, social compliance programs, and employee welfare initiatives.

Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of the practical application of Bangladesh Labour Law in garment factory operations.

Oversee overall HR, Administration, and Compliance operations of the garment factory.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.

Prepare for and coordinate government inspections, third-party audits, and social compliance assessments.

Manage buyer audits, certifications, Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and follow-up activities.

Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external agencies.

Supervise recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and workforce planning.

Maintain accurate HR, administrative, and compliance documentation.

Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
