Candidates with professional experience in FMCG, Brand Marketing, Outdoor Branding, or Visibility Management will be given preference.

Strong knowledge and understanding of outdoor brand visibility and promotional branding activities.

Proven ability to effectively coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.

Skilled in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and tracking outdoor branding activities.

Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly for market visits and site inspections.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee and monitor outdoor brand visibility initiatives across designated locations.
- Ensure the proper installation, upkeep, repair, and visibility of signboards, billboards, wall branding, shop branding, canopies, kiosks, and other outdoor promotional materials.
- Conduct regular market and site visits to assess branding quality, placement, condition, and execution standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, internal departments, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of outdoor activities.
- Assist the Brand Team in executing branding, visibility, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide support to the Event Team in event setup, branding, activation, and promotional arrangements.
- Liaise with police, local administration, and other concerned authorities regarding outdoor branding and event-related requirements.
- Ensure all outdoor branding and promotional activities are executed according to approved brand guidelines and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports covering outdoor branding activities, event support, market visits, and related operations.
- Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
