Conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of Gravure Printing and Blown Film Manufacturing machines. Ensure the efficient and uninterrupted operation of electrical equipment, machinery, and utility systems. Handle maintenance of MCC, PCC, VFDs, motors, electrical panels, control circuits, and PLC-based systems. Identify and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize equipment downtime and production losses. Assist with the installation, commissioning, upgrading, and modification of new machinery and electrical systems. Work closely with Production and Mechanical teams to ensure smooth and continuous plant operations. Ensure all electrical activities comply with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, spare parts consumption, equipment status, and daily work reports. Contribute to energy-efficiency, cost-saving, and industrial automation initiatives. Supervise and guide technicians while ensuring safe and proper working practices are consistently followed.

Technical Skills (Mandatory) Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of JMS 320 GG. Hands-on experience in 33/11 kV Substation operation and maintenance. Knowledge of solar power plant installation, operation, and maintenance. Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems. Ability to monitor and maintain daily power generation records. Skilled in fault detection, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance. Ability to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD). Basic knowledge of electrical safety procedures and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel for preparing daily and monthly power generation reports. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and PVsyst will be an added advantage. Knowledge of electrical safety training, factory compliance requirements, and workplace safety standards.
