Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager - Branch Credit Operations

 

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Credit Operations, Relationship Management, or Branch Banking in a bank/NBFI.

• Experience in client acquisition, credit assessment, and portfolio management will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, business development, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Corporate, SME, and Retail clients while strengthening existing customer relationships.

• Conduct credit appraisal, risk assessment, and due diligence for loan proposals.

• Prepare credit proposals in line with Bank policies and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

• Ensure accurate loan documentation, timely disbursement, and portfolio monitoring.

• Monitor asset quality and overdue/irregular accounts to maintain a healthy credit portfolio.

• Achieve targets for loan growth, fee income, cross-selling, and branch profitability.

• Ensure compliance with credit risk policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
