Regional In-Charge - Contract Broiler Farming

4–7 years of relevant experience in Contract Broiler Farming, Poultry Operations, Poultry Feed Sales, Technical Services, or Integrated Poultry Business.

At least 2 years of experience managing multiple farms or overseeing branch-level operations, with proven leadership capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.

Willingness to undertake extensive travel across the assigned region.

Strong knowledge and practical understanding of commercial poultry operations and contract farming practices will be highly preferred.

Drive overall regional profitability and business performance by effectively executing strategic business plans.

Lead, supervise, coach, and develop Branch In-Charges to achieve operational, productivity, and financial objectives.

Monitor branch performance through regular field visits, performance evaluations, and data analysis.

Ensure proper implementation of CBF standards, including DOC placement, feed management, vaccination, biosecurity, farm environment, and bird performance management.

Strengthen farmer onboarding, retention, engagement, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Identify opportunities for regional business expansion, new farmer development, and capacity enhancement.

Analyze regional and branch-level performance data to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement, and take timely corrective actions.

Develop the leadership capabilities of Branch In-Charges through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Maintain effective coordination among branches, farmers, support teams, and zonal management to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Ensure all branches submit accurate, timely, and meaningful reports as required.
