Maintain close communication with dealers and customers to ensure timely collection and realization of credit sales. Conduct regular farm visits, provide guidance on flock health management, and recommend appropriate medication when required. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and farmers to support customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor market conditions, analyze competitors’ performance and growth, and develop effective strategies to increase market share. Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports while providing timely updates to the Line Manager.
