Product Knowledge & Sales Trainer

Design and conduct training on food, nutrition, product information, and dietary claims.

Prepare product fact sheets and nutrition guides with QA and Product Sourcing teams.

Train employees to communicate product and health information accurately and professionally.

Conduct soft-skills training on communication, customer service, etiquette, teamwork, and workplace behavior.

Develop employees’ confidence in handling customer queries, complaints, and difficult situations.

Deliver sales training on selling techniques, upselling, cross-selling, product positioning, and objection handling.

Train staff on sales targets, promotional activities, and customer conversion.

Coach underperforming employees and outlets through observation and refresher training.

Conduct onboarding and periodic refresher training for existing employees.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, mystery shopping, and feedback.

Support new outlet launches by ensuring frontline teams are properly trained before operations begin.
