The Reception & Front Desk Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing patient reception, appointment coordination, registration, billing support, and cash handling while ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and visitors with a courteous, friendly, and professional approach, ensuring a positive first impression. Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors, appointments, and operational procedures. Register patients by collecting, verifying, and updating personal and medical information while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments as required, ensuring efficient appointment management. Guide patients through the consultation process and direct them to the appropriate physician, department, or diagnostic service. Assist patients with diagnostic test coordination, billing inquiries, payment procedures, and other front desk services. Receive payments, issue official receipts, and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately. Prepare daily cash collections and submit cash along with supporting documentation to the Senior Executive Cashier in accordance with established financial procedures. Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation, prepare daily transaction reports, and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer service guidelines while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and high service standards. Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient support and operational efficiency. Perform any additional front desk or administrative duties assigned by the reporting supervisor or management.

Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, and end-user devices. Ensure the reliability, security, availability, and optimal performance of all IT systems, networks, and business applications. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network devices, and related technologies. Administer and monitor network environments, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, and switching systems. Provide prompt technical support to employees, resolve IT-related issues, and conduct user training sessions when necessary. Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including antivirus solutions, firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, and data security protocols. Manage data backup processes, disaster recovery planning, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards. Support and maintain ERP, HRMS, POS, and other business applications to ensure system efficiency and data integrity. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system implementation, upgrades, maintenance activities, and issue resolution. Participate in IT projects, technology procurement, budgeting, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Maintain IT policies, procedures, software license compliance, technical documentation, and IT asset records. Prepare regular IT performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while effectively managing responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
