Pharmacy Operation Manager - Akij Well-being Pharmacy

The Pharmacy Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting retail expansion, strengthening centralized management, and improving the performance of multiple pharmacy outlets. The position will focus on driving revenue growth, evaluating the feasibility of new locations, and ensuring compliance with DGDA and Pharmacy Council regulations across all branches. The manager will also establish consistent operational standards through executive supervision and regular site visits. Close coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, and vendors will be essential to optimize inventory management, minimize product expiry losses, and maintain effective budget control. This role will provide strategic leadership and ensure operational efficiency across the entire pharmacy network, rather than focusing solely on routine branch-level activities.
