- Practical experience in cattle feed sales and technical service operations.
- Strong interpersonal, team leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of preparing and delivering effective presentations in both Bangla and English.
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance for cattle feed sales operations.
- Supervise technical services for cattle feed and conduct regular field visits across designated territories.
- Drive business growth and acquire new customers through consistent market visits, product demonstrations, seasonal and technical training, and effective CAP implementation, while maintaining strong relationships with existing farmers.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for the sales team to improve cattle feed sales performance and achieve overall business growth.
- Lead the development of growth initiatives and product strategies tailored to different geographical areas and evolving market conditions.
- Prepare feed performance reports, evaluate sales achievements, and identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
