Officer/ Executive - Chicks & Feed Sales

Prior experience in poultry, fertilizer, pesticide, or animal health sales operations will be preferred.

Good knowledge and understanding of different geographical regions across Bangladesh.

Proficient in computer operations, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience in managing and coordinating with dealers, agents, and other business partners.

Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively coordinating with dealers, agents, and farmers.

Maximize the selling price of chicks and feed to improve overall profitability.

Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.

Maintain close coordination with dealers and customers to ensure timely credit collection.

Conduct regular farm visits, provide guidance on flock health management, and recommend necessary medication when required.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and farmers to strengthen customer retention.

Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors’ performance and growth, and develop strategies to increase market share.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide timely updates to the Line Manager.
