✔ Age: 20 to 28 years.

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, patients, doctors, and healthcare staff.

✔ Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and patient care.

✔ Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during medical emergencies and critical situations.

✔ Basic computer knowledge will be considered an added advantage.

✔ Ability to maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and patient information.

✔ Strong attention to detail and willingness to work responsibly in a factory healthcare environment.

✔ Patient Observation & Assessment: Observe and assess employees’ health conditions, symptoms, and behavior to identify medical concerns and determine appropriate first-aid or healthcare support.

✔ Medical Assistance: Provide timely medical assistance and first-aid support to employees, including injured or unwell personnel within the factory premises.

✔ Treatment Coordination: Coordinate with healthcare professionals and on-duty doctors regarding patient assessment, treatment, medication, and follow-up care.

✔ Clinical Care: Perform basic medical procedures such as stitching, dressing, wound care, and other necessary medical support within the scope of professional responsibility.

✔ Medication Management: Check, prepare, and administer prescribed medicines appropriately while maintaining proper medication records.

✔ Patient Monitoring: Monitor, observe, and accurately record patients’ health conditions, treatment progress, vital information, and medical history as required.

✔ Emergency & First Aid: Provide quality and prompt first-aid support to injured employees and coordinate further medical attention when necessary.

✔ Medical Equipment Management: Regularly check the availability, condition, and functionality of medical equipment, medicines, and first-aid supplies.

✔ Inventory & Requisition: Maintain medical inventory records, monitor stock levels, and prepare requisitions for medicines, medical supplies, and necessary equipment.

✔ Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, patient reports, and other required paperwork.

✔ Employee Healthcare Support: Provide appropriate healthcare guidance and assistance to employees and support their medical needs within the workplace.

✔ Doctor Support: Assist on-duty doctors and healthcare professionals during patient assessment, treatment, emergency care, and other clinical activities.

✔ Emotional Support: Provide appropriate emotional support and reassurance to patients while maintaining a calm and professional healthcare environment.

✔ Workload Management: Organize daily medical responsibilities efficiently and prioritize cases according to urgency and patient needs.

✔ HR Coordination: Coordinate with the HR Department on employee health-related matters and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

✔ Perform any other relevant medical, healthcare, or administrative duties assigned by the management.
