Nurse

Age: 20–28 years

Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge will be considered an added advantage.

Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and commitment to patient care.

Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during medical emergencies.

Responsible, attentive, and capable of working in a team environment.

Assess and monitor employees’ health conditions, symptoms, and behavior to identify medical concerns.

Assist healthcare professionals and on-duty doctors in patient assessment, treatment, and medical care.

Provide first aid, basic treatment, medication, wound dressing, stitching, and other necessary medical assistance.

Administer prescribed medicines and monitor patients’ conditions and recovery.

Maintain accurate patient records, medical reports, treatment details, and required documentation.

Check and maintain medical equipment, medicines, and other healthcare supplies.

Monitor medical inventory and prepare requisitions for medicines and necessary equipment.

Provide timely and quality medical assistance to employees, particularly in cases of workplace injuries or emergencies.

Offer emotional support to patients and manage medical workloads efficiently.

Coordinate with the HR Department to promote and maintain a healthy and safe working environment.

Perform other relevant medical and healthcare-related duties assigned by management.
