Merchandiser - Knit

✔ Age: 28 to 35 years.

✔ Experience in Knit Merchandising with the NEXT buyer is mandatory.

✔ Strong hands-on experience in handling knit garment orders from development to final shipment.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage customer orders, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the timely execution of orders from development through shipment while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Forecast order placement timelines and order volumes based on customer communications, historical data, and business forecasts.

✔ Coordinate with customers, Production, Sourcing, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution.

✔ Analyze potential risks, monitor the critical path, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.

✔ Follow up on customer approvals, including packing list approvals, artwork approvals, and other required documentation.

✔ Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure smooth production, shipment, and timely order delivery.

✔ Coordinate the booking, sourcing, and follow-up of fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, and other raw materials.

✔ Monitor production progress against approved delivery schedules and regularly update order status in the buyer's systems.

✔ Prepare and maintain all merchandising documents, including order sheets, T&A plans, costing information, and production files, and hand over completed files to the Supply Chain team for execution.

✔ Track the flow of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production and timely shipment.

✔ Handle customer claims, liability settlements, and resolve merchandising-related issues promptly.

✔ Prepare and monitor Bulk Time & Action (T&A) plans and submit offers to obtain PCCR/PO approvals.

✔ Coordinate sample development with the Sample Room for development samples and ensure timely submission to buyers.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional service and timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.

✔ Prepare regular merchandising, production, and shipment status reports for management.

✔ Perform any other merchandising or order management responsibilities assigned by the Management.
