Manager - Structured Finance & Capital Markets

Hands-on experience in IPO, bond issuance, or syndicated financing.

Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.

Sound knowledge of capital markets and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Identify and assess structured financing opportunities aligned with business and Group funding needs, balancing cost, risk, tenure, security, repayment terms, and lender/investor requirements.

Coordinate IPO, bond issuance, and other capital-market transactions with investment banks, merchant banks, issue managers, arrangers, and advisors to ensure timely execution.

Support the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of syndicated and club financing, including analysis of pricing, covenants, security, and repayment terms.

Develop detailed financial models and conduct valuation, feasibility, sensitivity, capital structure, and financing alternative analyses.

Evaluate transaction-related financial implications and risks, support due diligence, and review financial information and transaction documents.

Maintain relationships with banks, NBFIs, financial advisors, legal firms, auditors, and other transaction partners while coordinating with internal Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and business teams.

Prepare financing proposals, management presentations, transaction updates, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Monitor capital-market trends to identify new funding opportunities and support the Group’s fundraising, capital structure, and corporate finance initiatives.
