Lead and manage the B2B Sales function for VRF, HVAC, Chiller, and related engineering solutions while achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and project-based markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and institutional customers. Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and order closing. Identify and develop Government and Public Sector tender opportunities while maintaining a strong tender pipeline. Oversee tender activities, including document review, technical and commercial coordination, bid preparation, submission, clarification, and follow-up. Monitor sales pipelines, project progress, collections, market trends, and competitor activities to support business decisions. Coordinate with Technical, Project, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution. Guide, coach, and develop the sales team while ensuring individual and organizational KPIs are achieved. Manage key accounts and strategic projects while contributing to sustainable long-term business growth.

Lead revenue forecasting by analyzing sales performance, pricing trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Drive sales growth by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective sales strategies. Supervise daily sales operations and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives. Manage sales team recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. Conduct regular performance reviews and market research to support strategic business decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients while coordinating with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Regularly monitor competitor activities and market trends and prepare and submit tracking reports to management.
