Xpert Fintech is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator to lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, platform reliability, and technology transformation initiatives.

This is a senior leadership position for a technology professional who can combine IT infrastructure solution architecture, strategic planning, technical expertise, and operational leadership to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, resilient, highly available, and cost-efficient technology environments.

Job Summary

The position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and continuity of business operations, including Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) site visits and the management of high-end network and server infrastructure.

The role also involves vendor coordination, fault detection and resolution, infrastructure monitoring, and maintaining 99.9% uptime for network operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Xpert Fintech’s IT infrastructure, network systems, security operations, and cloud services to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Enterprise Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the strategy, architecture, management, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, network, systems, and security operations, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available technology services.

✔ Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation: Define and execute IT infrastructure and cloud transformation roadmaps covering data center modernization, cloud adoption, virtualization, compute, storage, networking, and hybrid-cloud environments.

✔ AWS & Cloud Operations: Manage enterprise AWS and other cloud services, including migration, architecture, governance, performance optimization, availability, security, and operational maturity.

✔ Availability & Performance: Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and capacity of business-critical infrastructure through proactive monitoring, observability, SLA/KPI management, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

✔ Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security: Lead cybersecurity and infrastructure security operations, including privileged access management, firewall and network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, security monitoring, system hardening, patch management, and security compliance.

✔ Cyber Resilience & Disaster Recovery: Strengthen organizational cyber resilience through Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), enterprise backup and recovery, redundancy, failover mechanisms, and periodic recovery testing.

✔ Incident, Problem & Change Management: Lead major incident, problem, and change management processes. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and recurring operational issues.

✔ Monitoring & Observability: Establish centralized monitoring, logging, SIEM, observability, and proactive alerting systems to improve infrastructure visibility, security-event detection, incident response, and overall service reliability.

✔ IT Governance & Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure and cloud environments comply with organizational IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, audit, regulatory, and information security requirements.

✔ Cloud & Infrastructure Cost Optimization: Lead cloud and infrastructure cost optimization initiatives (FinOps), including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, licensing, capacity optimization, and technology investment planning.

✔ Vendor & Service Management: Manage strategic technology vendors, ISPs, cloud providers, managed service providers, procurement activities, contracts, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure service quality, security, performance, and commercial value.

✔ Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Systems, and IT Operations teams while establishing accountability, technical standards, operational procedures, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, cybersecurity, application, engineering, business, and external technology teams to translate business requirements into practical, secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.

✔ Management Reporting & Strategic Planning: Provide management with clear visibility into infrastructure performance, cybersecurity risks, operational KPIs, technology investments, capacity requirements, service availability, and strategic technology improvement initiatives.
