(XFL) is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Network Administrator to oversee the stability, security, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure while leading the technical support and system administration team. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with overseas clients, vendors, and senior management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing day-to-day IT operations, driving service excellence, and delivering reliable, high-quality technical support. Job Summary The Network Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and continuity of business operations, including Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) site visits and the management of high-end network and server infrastructure. The position also involves vendor coordination, fault detection and resolution, network monitoring, and maintaining 99.9% uptime for network operations. The role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Xpert Fintech’s IT infrastructure, network systems, security operations, and cloud services to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Job Responsibilities ✔ Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking equipment. ✔ Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related network devices. ✔ Ensure uninterrupted connectivity between the company’s Core Network and client-side Cisco, MikroTik, and other network devices. ✔ Troubleshoot link-down incidents, packet loss, high latency, bandwidth issues, routing problems, and other network connectivity issues. ✔ Coordinate with ISPs to resolve backbone, upstream, routing, and other core network-related issues. ✔ Identify and resolve network bottlenecks, faulty equipment, cabling problems, and other causes of service degradation. ✔ Coordinate the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of network equipment and infrastructure. ✔ Install, configure, manage, and administer Windows Server and Linux-based environments. ✔ Implement and maintain backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to support business continuity. ✔ Ensure system and network security through effective patch management, security updates, vulnerability mitigation, and security best practices. ✔ Troubleshoot server, network, system, and application-level technical issues and ensure timely resolution. ✔ Monitor network and system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure the smooth operation of critical IT services. ✔ Conduct field visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that cannot be addressed remotely. ✔ Maintain accurate inventory records of IT hardware, software, network equipment, and other IT assets. ✔ Regularly update and maintain IT equipment checklists, operational records, and related documentation. ✔ Maintain up-to-date system and network documentation, SOPs, configuration records, architecture diagrams, and network topology documentation. ✔ Follow organizational IT policies, security standards, operational procedures, and applicable compliance requirements. ✔ Provide 24/7 technical support for critical production systems and network incidents when required. ✔ Perform other IT, network, system administration, security, or compliance-related duties assigned by management. Technical Expertise ✔ Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, and IT security management. ✔ Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and related networking equipment. ✔ Practical experience with enterprise networking and security solutions such as FortiGate, Cisco, and HP.
