Social Media Moderation & Customer Engagement

• Monitor and respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms while maintaining the brand’s communication style.

• Identify potential buyers, address product and pricing queries, and assist customers in completing their purchases.

• Maintain a positive online community by identifying spam, removing inappropriate content, and enforcing community guidelines.

• Handle negative feedback, order-related complaints, and sensitive customer issues, escalating them to the relevant team when necessary.

Order Validation & Processing

• Review orders received through e-commerce platforms and social media to verify customer contact details, delivery addresses, and product specifications.

• Confirm order information and delivery availability through phone calls or WhatsApp before dispatch.

• Identify duplicate orders, missing information, suspicious addresses, and pricing errors to reduce cancellations and product returns.
