Develop and circulate annual seed production plans for vegetable, hybrid rice, inbred rice, maize, wheat, and seed potato based on business requirements.

Prepare annual program-wise production budgets aligned with business objectives to ensure smooth execution of production activities.

Ensure necessary support for the effective implementation of crop production programs while achieving targeted production volume, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Ensure proper product sourcing and timely procurement in line with established business targets.

Prepare timely program-wise and activity-wise reports to support effective decision-making and address seed production-related issues.

Maintain production-related equipment and assets while introducing modern technologies to improve production activities.

Support and guide subordinates in developing and improving management processes to achieve program objectives.

Coordinate with various departments within the Seed Business to ensure effective support for relevant stakeholders.

Organize capacity-building training and on-the-job coaching programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of production personnel.

Maintain coordination with NARS institutes, SCA, NSB, Ministry of Agriculture, and national and international NGOs and development agencies to strengthen program activities.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Director, R&D and Operations, in line with business requirements.
