Conduct surprise visits to outlets, Distribution Centers (DCs), factories, and contract manufacturing facilities. Participate in 100% inventory counts at outlets and Distribution Centers. Conduct market surveys and price checks to gather relevant market insights. Perform vendor balance confirmations and maintain proper records. Assess proposed locations for new outlets and prepare evaluation reports. Review outlet operations and provide detailed findings and reports. Travel to assigned locations to conduct inventory audits, field inspections, and verification activities.         

Develop area-wise sales targets, design incentive schemes for the field force, monitor expenses, and prepare effective tour plans. Set agendas for monthly Sales Representative (SR) and area meetings and evaluate field force performance. Prepare territory-wise sales plans and ensure achievement of monthly secondary sales targets. Monitor SR activities and regularly assess individual and team sales performance. Manage distributors and ensure adequate product availability across assigned territories. Analyze sales data and prepare accurate performance and management reports. Plan, organize, and monitor sales activities to achieve targeted business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales operations and strategies across the organization. Coordinate the implementation and evaluation of new product launches and promotional campaigns. Gather regular market feedback to stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic recommendations for improving underperforming markets. Motivate team members to achieve assigned objectives and provide effective training and development support at all levels. Develop accurate sales forecasts and ensure effective inventory management at both depot and customer levels. Ensure efficient credit management practices to maximize business performance and financial returns.

Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) on finishing and packaging equipment, including lubrication, fluid inspection, wear-part replacement, tightening, alignment, and servicing. Carry out regular visual and auditory inspections to detect early signs of equipment wear, unusual vibration, noise, leakage, or overheating. Conduct Cleaning & Sanitation (C&S) tasks, including CIP/COP and deep cleaning of production lines, conveyors, machinery, and high-touch surfaces. Handle machine changeover (CO) activities such as tooling and die replacement, line calibration, machine setting adjustments, component changes, material preparation, and line clearance. Verify proper machine settings and equipment readiness during changeovers, and assist with First Piece Approval/Test Runs to ensure production and quality standards are met. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments to reduce downtime and maintain smooth production operations. Follow all machine safety, LOTO, GMP, hygiene, and contamination prevention requirements. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, PM checklists, calibration records, work orders, and compliance-related documentation. Assist with audit preparation and continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, OEE, changeover efficiency, and downtime reduction. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and external vendors to ensure effective maintenance, changeover, calibration, and equipment support.         

Set annual sales targets by developing area-wise sales plans, designing field-force incentives, and preparing territory tour schedules. Gather regular market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, pricing, trade offers, and other market activities to identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. Develop and implement growth strategies for marketplaces and D2C channels to achieve GMV and profit targets. Manage product listings, specifications, pricing, variants, inventory synchronization, and returns/RMA processes. Plan and execute major e-commerce campaigns, flash deals, promotional bundles, and discount offers. Maintain strong relationships with marketplace KAMs to secure premium visibility, brand promotions, and campaign opportunities. Coordinate warranty claims, technical support, returns, and replacement processes to ensure a smooth after-sales experience. Improve product pages with engaging visuals, videos, feature highlights, SEO-friendly content, and marketplace keyword strategies. Manage last-mile delivery operations with 3PL/courier partners for safe and efficient handling of electronic products. Monitor and optimize key e-commerce KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, SKU performance, return rate, CAC, and inventory turnover.
