Working Hours

✔ Full-Time: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
✔ Break: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
✔ Part-Time: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Field Sales & Business Development

✔ Visit doctors, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to identify potential clients and generate sales opportunities.
✔ Introduce, promote, and demonstrate the company’s software products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and relevant decision-makers.
✔ Understand client requirements and explain how the software solutions can support their healthcare operations.
✔ Schedule client appointments, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain consistent communication with prospects.

Client Relationship Management

✔ Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and institutional clients.
✔ Support clients during the software onboarding process and assist with initial product-related requirements.
✔ Provide post-sales assistance and coordinate with relevant teams to address client concerns when required.

Sales Target & Performance

✔ Conduct regular field visits and sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
✔ Maintain an organized follow-up process to convert prospects into customers.
✔ Manage daily sales activities professionally and contribute to overall business growth.
